Kártalanítási Szervezet
A Zöldkártya Rendszer hosszú ideje lehetővé teszi a kárigények gyors rendezését a károsult országában, abban az esetben, ha a baleset a károsult országában következett be és a balesetben részes másik fél egy másik, a Zöldkártya Rendszerhez tartozó országból érkezett. A Zöldkártya Rendszer azonban nem terjed ki azon ügyekre, melyekben a károsult kárát nem saját országában, hanem külföldön okozták (szenvedett kár). Ilyen esetekben a károsult a kár érvényesítése során nehézségekbe ütközött az idegen jogrendszer, idegen nyelv, szokatlan kárrendezési eljárások és gyakran indokolatlanul elhúzódó kárrendezés miatt, ha kártérítési igényét külföldön, külföldi biztosítóval szemben kell érvényesítenie. |

Introduction
As
per the definition determined by the Gov. Dec. No. 171/2000 (X.13.) on
the compulsory liability insurance contracts of the users of motor
vehicles, the National Bureau is an organisation of
Hungarian insurers providing compulsory motor liability insurance cover.
This organisation is taking care of the co-ordination, the loss
settlement and the accounting in connection with the international Green
Card Agreement (officially named Uniform Agreement) and the associated
agreements. Since our office has been established on the 1st of January
1996, the function of the National Bureau is also our duty. |
